The sweetness of the cup is characteristic of Peruvian coffee and features notes of chocolate, cacao nibs, and caramel. Fruit covered in dark chocolate is the impression left by the combination of flavors in the cup. Producer Notes: This coffee was produced by the Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto.
