Peaberry Blend

Medium Roast Blend of our Tanzanian and Brazilian Peaberry coffees. This blend holds a wonderful aroma, and brings out a light cup of coffee in the morning. Before the roasting process, our green beans are Rainforest Certified. Slightly fruity, nutty, and overall a great tame cup of coffee. Peaberry coffee is a naturally occurring mutation when only one seed develops inside of a coffee bean instead of the normal two. About 5% of coffee beans are harvested with this mutation.
