Without exaggeration, there are as many variantions of Greek dishes as there are Greeks and this cookbook is a wonder if you are as big of fan of Greek and Mediterranean food as I am. The recipes are consistently Greek and exemplify how immigrants take local ingredients and their culinary traditions and mix them into something special and all their own.
