Bayou Cookbook

A charming Creole cookbook likely written and sold for the tourist trade from the late 1960s - 1980s. These books have many of the classic gumbos and crawfish recipes that are part and parcel of the Creole and Cajun genre, but what I find most interesting about this book are the "weeknight" recipes and the small variances on Creole dishes that remain immensely popular today.
