Terroir & Winemaking Crafted from the domaine’s near-monopole Aux Perdrix Premier Cru vineyard (about 99% owned), located on a southeast-facing clay-limestone slope. Vines date between 1922 and 1980. Harvested and sorted by hand, the wine undergoes cold pre-fermentation maceration followed by 15 days of gentle pigeage and native yeast fermentation.
