The Gilles & Romain Collet Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is a vibrant sparkler from Burgundy that exudes elegance and clarity. This Crémant de Bourgogne is a refined Blanc de Blancs—bright, fresh, and finely textured. Expect citrus zest, white-fleshed fruit, gentle spice, and creamy finesse that rival many Champagnes—at a more accessible price point. Origin & Winemaking Produced by Jean Collet & Fils, with Gilles and Romain representing the new generation. The grapes are 100% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from estate vineyards on the Villy plateau.  Made in the traditional méthode champenoise, with a minimum of 24 months' aging on the lees in bottle plus an additional 9 months post-disgorgement for added richness.  Sensory Profile Appearance: Brilliant and luminous straw yellow, with a persistent, elegant mousse.  Aroma: Fresh and expressive—white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and delicate spice layered with hints of white pepper, nutmeg, and subtle brioche.  Palate & T
