Lo-Fi Aperitifs Gentian Amaro
Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro is a bright, floral, and citrus-led amaro with a crisp bitterness grounded in gentian root and cinchona bark. At ~17.5% ABV, it’s light enough to be very versatile—great as a low-ABV aperitif, spritz component, or mixer with whiskey or sparkling wine. Origins & Craftsmanship Produced by Lo-Fi Aperitifs, based in Napa, California. It uses a white wine base, fortified with neutral grape spirits. Infused with botanicals including gentian root, cinchona bark, orange oil, hibiscus, grapefruit, ginger, exotic flowers, “bois de rose” (rosewood-type flavor), bitter root extracts, and others. Sweetened with cane sugar and grape concentrate to give a richer mouthfeel.
