Organic Heirloom Tomato Sauce

In celebration of peak tomato season, we slowly simmered local organic heirloom tomatoes with rich sun-dried tomatoes, sweet onions, and fragrant rosemary and thyme. The result is a wonderfully fresh, rich, and chunky Italian-inspired sauce that tastes like late summer in a jar.  Perfect over pasta, spooned onto pizza, or served chilled over fresh mozzarella, accompanying a breakfast omelet, or atop crostini with a little brie or crumbled blue cheese. Discover new recipes on our Cooking with Jam page!
