The Pro Roaster

PRE-Orders are opening Oct 27, 2025.  This will be our last production run of 2025.  All orders will be shipped in order received.  Order soon if desired by the Holidays.  We will do our best to get as many orders out as possible by the holidays, although it is not guaranteed for ALL orders.  All pre-orders not fulfilled by Dec 12, 2025 will receive a holiday card in the mail that can be used for gifting purposes while your order is being crafted. Low sidewalls make this pan ideal for baking eggs, frittatas, roast potatoes, and vegetables—then bringing them straight to the table. Perfect for wood-fired ovens and versatile enough for everything from brunch to hearty roasts.
