All orders will be shipped in order received.  We have met our production capacity to fulfill pre-orders this year, so all pan pre-orders placed will now ship after January 1st. All pre-orders not fulfilled by Dec 12, 2025 will receive a holiday card in the mail that can be used for gifting purposes while your order is being crafted. Low sidewalls make this pan ideal for baking eggs, frittatas, roast potatoes, and vegetables—then bringing them straight to the table. Perfect for wood-fired ovens and versatile enough for everything from brunch to hearty roasts.
