El Triunfo
High in the hills of Pitalito, Huila at 1,780 meters above sea level, Martha Zuñiga tends the 12 hectares of Farm El Triunfo alongside her husband, Jose, and their three children. With 30,000 coffee trees rooted in rich Colombian soil, the farm is both livelihood and legacy. Martha grew up surrounded by coffee, and together she and Jose have carried that tradition forward, teaching their children to plant, pick, and harvest from a young age so that each generation understands the care behind every cup. This Pink Bourbon lot is thoughtfully processed to highlight its vibrant character. Ripe cherries undergo 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks before being de-pulped and fermented aerobically for an additional 36 hours, then fully washed and dried. The result is a dynamic, expressive coffee that reflects both its high-elevation terroir and the Zuñiga family’s dedication, bright and structured with layered clarity that keeps you coming back for another sip.
