Balm of Gilead

The Balm of Gilead has a rich history of physical and spiritual healing. It is said to have the ability to heal on the soul level, bringing restoration and rejuvenation to a wounded soul. This small batch ointment was made from foraged Black Cottonwood buds from a very old tree who lost a couple branches during a wind storm. To keep the integrity of the Black Cottonwood, we chose to use a very simple recipe with only Shea Butter and a little bit of Carnauba wax to hold it's form. This balm has a soft buttery texture with a sweet Cottonwood scent.  Ingredients: Black Cottonwood Bud Oil,  Shea Butter, Carnauba Wax
