When you receive the charm, it may look cloudy, that's because of the protective plastic! Just peel that right off and you're ready to go! If you have dexterity issues, or you just don't want to have to bother with it, leave me a message in your order and I can peel it off for you! Any visible blemishes in the photos are most likely tears in the protective plastic, not scratches on the charm itself!
