Maintenance Kit Includes: Single Cleaning Kit (Cleans One 1-5 Liter Barrels) 1 oz Barrel OxyFresh Barrel Cleaner 1 oz Barrel Neutralizer 2 Campden Barrel Sterilizer/Storing Tablets .5 oz Oak Barrel Sealing Wax - Easy finger application for sealing leaking barrels. Black Microfiber Cloth - Easily wipe excess wax from barrel. Reusable cloth. Cleaning Instructions: STEP 1 - BARREL CLEANER & REFRESHER: Fill barrel halfway with cold water and add contents of Barrel Cleaner & Refresher pack in barrel. Agitate to dissolve the product, then top with cold water apply bung loosely. Allow barrel to soak for 24 hours prior to draining and rinsing. STEP 2 - BARREL NEUTRALIZER: Dissolve contents of Barrel Neutralizer into 1 U.S. gallon (3.8 L) of water. Fill your barrel with neutralizing solution, top off with
