FAST BRASS SPEED KNOCKS

INTRODUCING FAST BRASS SPEED KNOCKS! BACKGROUND Typical speed knocks are difficult to crimp tight. This process can cause hand and joint injuries to string builders when installing hundreds of knocks a day. Fast Brass was designed to reduce the effort of installing brass speed knocks and help ensure a tight holding pressure on the string. Its patent pending design allows for the knocks to be installed with up to 4X less crimping force compared to other designs while tightly holding to the string. CONSISTENCY  Fast Brass speed knocks are swiss screw machined to tight tolerances. The size and weights of the knocks have extreme consistency. R&D These speed knocks have been tested to ensure adequate holding pressure with axial and radial loading scenarios were conducted. Dry fire testing was conducted and did not find any speed knocks to begin to separate or loose clamping force.  Engineered brass composition allows for FAST BRASS to be pressed to extreme shapes without cracking in
