Handmade by me with a wooden trinket tray. Everything is hand painted and assembled, including an orginal Hello Kitty design that I've modpodged as the center peice! This tray features a striped pink background, adorned with hand painted pills and hearts. Sides of the tray feature 2 syringes, and little medical crosses and wings!
