Antique French Carved Walnut & Marble Louis XV Buffet / Vitrine / Bookcase, circa 1880

A fine quality antique French Louis XV style Carved walnut and marble Buffet Deux Corps, circa 1880. The buffet in two sections, the top having a carved and twin scrolled crest with a central carved leaf finial, below are a pair of doors with beveled glass inset into carved panels with carved foliate decoration. The cabinet having two adjustable shelves to the inside, the shelves and cabinet back are covered in the original red baize, the doors have the original lock and brass key. The cabinet base having a variegated marble top, below is a single drawer above twin carved panel doors enclosing a single shelf, the buffet is raised on carved scrolled feet.
