This small device plugs directly into the diagnostics port and has a wideband sensor that is installed into the exhaust for real-time monitoring that is stored in your Power Vision 3. (PV3) You can then review it at any time using the Dynojet Power Core Software Suite to help you maximize your performance and get the most out of your fuel ratio. The Wideband CX is a plug-and-play kit when paired with the DYNOJET PV3. This will require a o2 sensor bung welded into the exhaust about 8 - 10 inches back from where the exhaust meets the header pipe. In most scenarios this device (WIDEBAND) is used for tuning. Or if someone has a very modified machine and wants to monitor the actual AFR reading coming from the exhaust and not just REQUESTED AFR from the ECU. If you plan on running a different GAS mixture like 100 octane or higher than you would want this installed so you can view REAL TIME AFR to be sure your CAN-AM is running its best. There are lots of reasons for someone to want WIDEBAND (WBCX) installed. You would still leave your stock o2 sensor plugged in. This Wideband o2 sensor will also need to be installed in the exhaust. WBCX is meant to be used with an aftermarket tune (.djt) other than the stock factory tune (.stk) If you are adding a WBCX to a CAN-AM that we have already tuned. You do not need a new tune from us for this to work. All of our tuning will work with the WBCX already. If you need us to build you a custom tune for your CAN-AM we can do so.
