Remove clear plastic protective film from top of tattoo- it may be hard to see but its there! Failure to remove clear plastic film before application  will ruin the tattoo. Place tattoo design side down in desired location. Wet a cloth or towel with water and place on tattoo. Saturate for at least 30 seconds until the design has been completely released from paper. Slowly peel back or slide paper off tattoo and reveal your design. TATTOO REMOVAL: Soak a disposable towel or cotton round with rubbing alcohol and place on tattoo for at least 30 seconds the rub or wipe away. Repeat as necessary.  Pro Tip:  B
