People who love to eat are always the best! -Julia Childs Description Guests will arrive to an assortment of appetizers to get their palates revved up for a few hours of fun with food. Once settled in, everyone will slip on chef hats, aprons, divide into teams, and get cooking for 90 minutes. As a collaborative cooking class, everyone will pull together to create a flawless dining experience consisting of a multiple courses. First Course: the first group will focus on making the first impression and our appetizers are all the rage.  Popular appetizers include: Spring Rolls, Salads, Assorted Satay with Sauces, and Galettes. Second Course: the appetizer has set the bar, now it’s time to take it up to another level.  The second group will on the entree, and expectations are high.
