For our “Make the Menu” classes, we team with upscale and trendy restaurants in the area to create immersive culinary experiences.   To kick things off, your team will meet and work with a bartender, who will explain and demo how to make a popular house cocktail.  Guests will then take the ingredients, and with their newly learned techniques, shake or stir the perfect cocktail. *For non-drinkers, non-alcoholic options will be provided. Next, your team will meet the restaurant’s chef who will explain and demo how to make a popular item from the menu.  Guests will have ingredients laid out for them, which they will use to create their own dishes.
