This anatomically-correct sterling silver human heart was carved, cast and finished by hand here in NYC. This piece is cast in pure .925 Sterling silver. It is not hollow. It has some weight to it. Your anatomical heart is cast in reclaimed-recycled silver sourced from a certified 100% green metal company. This silver is every bit as pure as mined silver without the environmental damage that comes from mining. The heart is about 1/2 inch long and a quarter of an inch wide. 12 mm long overall and 8.5 mm wide. This is the smaller version of my original anatomically correct heart.
