Organic Violet Produced by Marija Petrovic at 105 E 6th Street Jacksonville, FL 32206 in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.  Gluten-free, Egg-free, Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Nut-free, Soy-free 20 grams/ 0.7  Violet, Viola moderate is a purple flower from the Viola family, and its leaves and flowers can be used to make sandwiches or oust, or just as a lovely garnish. Other than the culinary use, it can be made into honey, poultice, salve, or tea. Its herbal actions are multiple: anti-inflammatory, lymphoagogue, wound healing, anti-tumor, and demulcent. It is a blood cleaner and helps with bronchitis, whooping cog, swollen lymph nodes, and the treatment of cancer.
