This is our 4 Loops/Straps hair wrap tie with a metal Skull concho at the bottom. It has 4 loops/straps, meaning it is a midi length hair accessory, about 6 1/2 inches long, for holding a pony tail and it ties in place with 4 loops/straps. The material is black leather.   The Hair Tie Rebel can be made out of many materials and embellishments. It can be made into a shorter or longer hair wrap tie.
