Amano
The Amano shrimp (Caridina multidentata) is a freshwater shrimp best known for its exceptional algae-eating abilities. Named after aquascaper Takashi Amano, it is a popular addition to planted tanks and community aquariums due to its industrious nature and peaceful temperament. Overview of Amano shrimp Appearance: Amano shrimp have a translucent, grayish body, with a line of reddish-brown or blue-gray dots or dashes along each side.
