Cipher Necklace

I constructed this striking silver necklace out of thick sterling silver rectangular wire that I forged into a circle. The darkened charcoal chain skims the outer surface of the circle through a series of rings that are soldered to the perimeter. A charcoal patina on the sterling chain adds visual contrast with the bright matte of the silver circle. ~This necklace is completely handmade and constructed by our two pairs of hands in our studio outside of Boulder, Colorado.~ Metal(s) - sterling silver Pendant - 1 1/4" (32 mm) round chain - 30" (75 cm) Finish - Charcoal patina and brushed satin
