Christmas Blend

Our Christmas blend was developed on timbre, our small Mill City 2 kilo roaster. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The overall goal was to create a coffee that was comfortable to everyone, but with a bit of interest that reminded us of the flavors and aromas of the Christmas season. This coffee can be enjoyed at any time of day, and is great for an all day long coffee. The blend was created with a comfortable Guatemala and El Salvador base, with a sprinkling of our Mix Tape 5 Series Colombia Harrar, roasted very dark. What was a tropical forward light roast coffee in MTS 5 is now a deep, cherry/cranberry like tasting coffee that adds a signature flavor that does not overwhelm the total flavors, as some natural process coffees do. Flavors / Characteristics You’ll notice a traditional/classic tasting coffee, with hints of: bakers chocolate – cherry – cranberry – orange – spice It has a sweet, full body and a lasting aftertaste.
