SR1 (1227633-49-9) extends the pluripotency of hematopoietic stem cells by antagonizing the arylhydrocarbon receptor (AhR), IC50 = 127 nM.1 The effect is dose-dependent and reversible. Displays a biphasic effect on CD34-negative cells with low does (1 µM) enhancing proliferation and high does (>5 µM) repressing proliferation.2 May be used to generate progenitor T cells3 from HSPCs as well as NK cells for immuno-oncology studies4.
