Flash Sale

updated 1/27/26 Welcome to our flash sale - on occasion we have extras, wonky, training oops and not so perfect looking treats that we sell at a discount.  All yummy! IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY, please tell us in the notes when you checkout and we will avoid all nuts.   THIS WEEK we have... PITA CHIPS - we over baked a few of our pits, they will make ahhhhmazing pita chips!  Did you know we make hundreds of pita every week and delivery them to a few local restaurants?!  Nicholas in Gresham and on Portland get pita from us every week.   Bar Bits - These are the edges of the lemon, Apple crumble and pumpkin bars that we cut off so that we can have nice clean square bars.  They come in a quart bag.  It's a mystery as to which flavor you get, you are welcome to write a note during checkout of your preference but we will not guarantee that's what you'll get.   Day old - These are "extras" from the shop that did not sell so we put them in the freezer and flash sale them here or in the shop.
