You will get a representation of what the half beef has to offer.  Roughly speaking, this means approximately 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, and 1/3 burger - all at a discounted price from if you bought these meats individually.  You have MANY options within these cuts....too many to list here....but here are some things you need to know: After placing your order online, we will contact you to discuss your cutting options.
