Please give us at least two weeks between the time you contact us and the day you hope to receive the delivery. We will run through your cutting options with you, including your preference for lamb chops or lamb racks, more roasts or more ground lamb, and so on. The weights of animals can vary greatly, so while we estimate you will get 50 lbs. of meat for a whole lamb, it will likely be a bit more or a bit less.
