The Grand Gala

Grand Galas are hosted at the Cedar Pavilion, Rose Quarry, and surrounding grounds. This do-it-yourself option includes access from 10:00 AM the day of your event until midnight, with time until 10:00 AM the next day to pack up. Cedar Pavilion accommodates up to 385 guests indoors, and that can be increased during warm months by expanding to the patio. The Rose Quarry can also be used for very large outdoor events (up to ~ 1,000 guests banquet seated, contact us for additional considerations). In addition to the expansive outdoor Rose Quarry and the Cedar Pavilion Grand Hall, a variety of smaller spaces are available for the more intimate components of your event. The Cedar Pavilion's Mezzanine level is perfect for rehearsal dinners, cocktail hour, or as a staging area for the wedding party, allowing you and your guests a heightened view of the Grand Hall below framed by Tuttle Creek Reservoir in the distance.
