Sarah-Hayley has everything covered so you can sit back and take the credit. How does the service work? STEP 1  Discuss your requirements with Sarah-Hayley via phone, email or online chat. STEP 2 Sarah-Hayley will send a proposal for items, if you would like to buy the proposed items Sarah-Hayley invoices you for the amount for the product which also includes a commission fee. STEP 3 Your items are gift wrapped and delivered to the recipient. Please specify at the time of ordering if you require a gift receipt.  What are the fees?
