Enameled Steel Paella Pan | 14"

Serves 2 to 4 people and fits well over most large standard burners (in summer it's great on the grill).  Made of steel and coated with a black + white speckled enamel, so rusting will not be an issue. The enamel also makes it a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan).
