Marmion by Sir Walter Scott. A Tale of Flodden Field. Published by Hurst and Co. Undated c1900. Floral pastedown on three quarter boards depicting a lavender bearded Iris. Quarter boards are black with red details. An absolutely lovely edition. Some bumping and rubbing to corners and edges. Minor soiling to pastedown. Inscription on inside front endpaper dated 1911. Other side pages clean with minimal toning. Binding tight. Very good condition. Please note that this is a vintage item and will show its age.
