Chameleon Dulce stick.  Apply it over a light color to create an Aurora finish or apply it over black for a chameleon effect  How to use: 1. Apply base , and 1 coat of your color.  2. Apply our no wipe top coat and cure for 30 seconds  3. Rub the pen all over the nail. Dip the pen back into the cap to retrieve more powder as needed. 4.
