Use Dulce Base with your gel polishes to create beautiful manicures that are long-lasting. COLOR:  ClearTYPE: Dulce Gel PolishBase Coat. 15 MLAPPLICATION :• compatible with all nail enhancement system• Apply our Dulce Base, cure for 30 secs in LED follow by one or 2 coats of color.
