Hardware is not included, the required hardware for installation is with the Mosko Moto or BMW Atacama Soft luggage system itself. 2006-2013 R1200GSA This adapter makes it possible to install Mosko Moto panniers on OEM Touratech-made BMW R1200GSA Oil-Cooled racks, by creating a flat mounting surface on the exhaust side of the bike. It's fully compatible with the quick-release mounting system included with our Backcountry Panniers, as well as the fixed mounting plates included with our Scout Pannier System.
