Can be used on Damp or Dry Hair.    (DAMP HAIR) DIRECTIONS: SHAKE well before each use. This will be the last product you use on your damp hair before drying your hair.  SPRAY 4-6 inches away directly onto the areas you want texture and volume. Spray in sections keeping in mind that less is more with our highly concentrated ingredients. Comb through to disperse the product evenly. Blow dry your hair with a round brush for best results.   (DRY HAIR) DIRECTIONS: SHAKE well before using. Comb through your hair before using. SPRAY 4-6 inches away directly onto dry hair. Spray into areas you want texture. Less is more with our highly concentrated ingredients.  USE a blow dryer to activate the Liquid to Powder Technology.
