We just came back from pilgrimage and we brought back these beautiful laminated prayer cards with an image of Saint Benedict. It contains a gold medal and small prayer on the back with initials guide to understand what the initials on the cross mean. Please see pictures for details. They approximately measure: 4" X 2 1/2".  These were obtained directly from the Shrine of Saint Benedict in Montecassino in Italy.
