Traditionally carved in wood or cast in brass, it is placed around rice fields to ward off negative energies and protect the harvest. In this piece, the Bulul is depicted in a 'dancing' position, symbolizing fertility, protection, and active spiritual harmony—an energy believed to ensure bountiful crops and ward off harm.
