What’s Included: Structured Weekly TrainingTrain up to 3 days per week with upper body and lower body focused sessions. Each workout is intentionally programmed to challenge and strengthen different muscle groups for balanced results. Small Group FormatEnjoy the benefits of personal training in a motivating group setting. Sessions are limited to 2-4 women per group, providing focused attention without the pressure of a larger class. Nutrition GuidanceAccess to complete nutrition guidance to support your fitness journey, helping you develop healthy habits that last beyond the gym. Progress TrackingStay motivated with regular accountability check-ins to track progress
