What’s Included: Initial ConsultationBegin with a comprehensive assessment to see if we are a good fit, define your goals, evaluate your current fitness level, and tailor a plan that aligns with your schedule and lifestyle. Structured Weekly TrainingTrain 3 days per week with upper body and lower body focused sessions.
