Palo Santo & Mahogany- Notes of tangerine, daisy, cinnamon, cardamom, patchouli, ginger, ylang ylang, and lily of the valley. All soaps have Lye! That’s how soap is made. During saponification, the chemical reaction between the lye and other ingredients forms soap. That chemical reaction changes the lye so that it's no longer present. Hence our soaps must cure for 4-6 weeks.  Saponification is the process in which triglycerides are combined with a strong base to form fatty acid metal salts during the soap-making process.
