Patchouli

  Patchouli Essential Oil - Either you Love Patchouli or you don’t :).  The smell of patchouli is typically described as a mix of earthy, woody, sweet, and musky scents. The smell of pure patchouli oil is quite strong and is slightly sweet and spicy.  This is a must have and a unisex Essential Oil.      Please note that our soaps are handmade and hand cut, so color, size and design may vary from bar to bar. Our Handcrafted Artisan soaps are all made with skin loving ingredients. Rich Oils and Butters and Sodium Hydroxide. All soaps have Lye! That’s how soap is made. During saponification, the chemical reaction between the lye and other ingredients forms soap. That chemical reaction changes the lye so that it's no longer present. Hence our soaps must cure for 4-6 weeks.  Saponification is the process in which triglycerides are combined with a strong base to form fatty acid metal salts during the soap-making process. The distribution of unsaturated and saturated fatty acid determines t
