This yoga mat is great for HIIT workouts, yoga, or stretching! It has a super soft vegan suede ultra absorbent top layer & a rubber grippy bottom layer to prevent slipping & sliding. If your mat happens to get dirty, use a lint roller to pick up any unwanted hair, dust, dirt or lint! To remove a stain, spot clean with cool water & a mild detergent.
