targets abdominals especially lower abs... resistance is medium.. how to use: put your feet in each loop (with or without shoes) perform desired ab/ core exercises.. This band also activates your glutes as well.. exercises that can be done: Standing Marches, Bicycle crunch, Mountain climbs, Plank jacks.. note: make sure band is in the middle of your foot and fully on (may need to break it in since this is a new product may be a little tight)
