Spearmint essential is a cooling, calming essential oil with less menthol than peppermint essential oil. It is anti-nausea, and soothes stomach issues. We love using spearmint for it's breath-freshening affect and it's the main essential oil we had to our tooth care collection. We use this essential oil in our nausea inhaler (on-the-go aromatherapy). * * * Use essential oils for diffusers or use a few drops in your own creations. I love to add essential oils to the washer, mop water, and cleaning products to keep the house smelling fresh.
