Here's the perfect basic ankle pant! Made by Moonlight of USA, it is made of a crepe textured black fabric(68% acetate, 29% poly, 3% spandex). The  elasticized waist band is approx 1.5 inches.  Waist is approx. 14" across. A lantern-shaped body, ankle length with 2 side pockets.  The overall length is 36". The rise is approx. 12." The pant pairs perfectly with Moonlight tops offered here on the website and part of a trio- a basic straight skirt and basic pant. S(4/6), M8/10), L(12/14), XL(16).
