Shanks

Shanks- a favorite among restaurants and lamb lovers from all around. Shanks are versatile, tender, and bursting with flavor. You can braise them in a Dutch Oven, slow cook them in a crockpot, grill them on the BBQ, and more. Regardless, they will take on the flavors you immerse them in and are a perfect addition to any meal.  Each package contains 1 lamb shank. On average, our shanks will be 1.5-1.8 lbs/shank.
