Hey People! We're super excited to introduce our first direct trade coffee from Indonesia!! We have some good friends that are working with coffee farmers to help them expand their reach globally! Coffee Info: Origin: Gayo Highlands Elevation: 1300-1800 meters Varieties: Ateng (P88) and some Tim-Tim Process: Wet Hulled Light Roast Flavor: Herbal, earthy, and woody notes with hints of fresh tobacco and cedar. Acidity: Mild, but with a bright citrus or green apple-like tang. Body: Medium, slightly syrupy. Aftertaste: Clean, with lingering herbal and floral undertones. Medium Roast Flavor: Earthy and spicy, with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and hints of sweet pipe tobacco. Acidity: Balanced, with a mellow fruitiness (think dark cherry or plum). Body: Full-bodied and creamy. Aftertaste: Smooth, with a lingering sweetness and hints of dark cocoa. Dark Roast Flavor: Deep, rich notes of dark chocolate, smoky cedar, and toasted nuts, with subtle hints of spice (clove or bl
